ProCardApp Privacy Policy

Before you start sharing ProCardApp, you must understand that you consent to collect, use, disclose, and retain your personal and business-related information by using our Services. By using the Service, you also agree to our Terms of Use. Please make sure you read and agree with our Terms of Use before you start using ProCardApp.

We collect only the information you voluntarily give us about your business and yourself to share with other ProCardApp users. That means your name and photo(if you choose to provide them) will be visible to other ProCardApp users. If you choose a Private Account option, all your information will be visible only to those who are friends in your ProCardApp contacts. You can manage and limit all information by yourself at any time:

1. Contact Information: Your name, phone and fax numbers, email, business name, and locations.
2. Photos and Videos: A profile photo, your work pictures, and videos are always welcome but are optional. Users are responsible for any material they add to their ProCardApp profile. now on ProCardApp.
3. Social Media Information: Users can add any social profile in the ProCardApp, and it will be accessible by other users who visit your account. We may collect certain information you stored on your social media platforms to provide you better services depending on your settings on those sites.
4. Activity Information: We collect information about changes you make and activities within ProCardApp to provide users with updated information on your account.  To improve our Services’ relevance, we collect information about the accounts you have visited and the content you have viewed. For example, when you interact with Public account on our Service, we may obtain information about the messages you have liked and websites you’ve viewed through links from Public accounts for static purposes. We also collect information about the value-added services you are using over ProCardApp and your downloaded content through ProCardApp.We may also tell other ProCardApp users that you are using a particular service or company (to recommend them to try that Service as well).
5. Information from Other Sources: We could combine collected information with data from outside sources (e.g.,demographic information and additional contact information) that we have received by law. When you install the ProCardApp, we will ask you for permission to access your mobile device’s address book. A copy of the phone numbers and names of all your contacts (whether they’re ProCardApp members or not) will be collected and stored on our servers to connect your contacts. When you join ProCardApp, we will inform the contacts in your address book who are already ProCardApp members that you are now on ProCardApp.

The information we collect from you helps us continually improve our Services and provide you with the best experiences possible when using ProCardApp. As part of this mission, we use your information for the following purposes:

• Make our Service available: We use your information to register and create your profile account forProCardApp. In addition, we will use all information we collected from you to improve our services to provide you an outstanding experience usingProCardApp. ProCardApp also runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android tablets, iPads, and Windows Tablets.
• Improve our Services: We use usage information to understand network behaviour and trends to detect potential outages and technical issues to improve our Services. In addition, we use aggregate information about our users and non-personal information to analyse our Services and user behaviour and prepare aggregated reports.
• Provide Interesting Offerings to You: As part of value-added services provided by us or by a third party withinProCardApp, we may use your information to continuously optimise and personalise those services and send your messages about new offerings we believe you will find suitable for you. The content you might receive as advertising from third parties should match your selected interests and categories when registering.

If you do not wish to receive such notifications, go to your account settings to decline them or opt-out to receive further information. We also use location data software to provide location-based offerings to you from our Service or third-party advertising. We will ask you to allow us to use your location data before ProCardApp provides such offerings. You could also adjust your account preferences to disable the use of your location data at any time.

• Process Your Payments: Payment to upgrade your Basic account to Premium will go through your AppStore orGoogle Play account.
• Prevent Fraud & Spam, Law Enforcement: We can use your information to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, security breaches, potentially prohibited or illegal activities, protect our trademarks, and enforce our Terms of Use.
• Communicate with You: To maintain the ProCardApp to comply with your stated communication preferences or provide updates about other our services, we might use your information to contact you (via message or other means). Unless otherwise specified, we retain information as long as it is necessary and relevant to achieve the purposes referred to above or to enable us to comply with our legal data protection retention obligations.

We want to make it clear that we do not sell your personal information. We only have your personal information to maintain the best experience possible usingProCardApp services.

• Legal and Law Enforcement: We can disclose your information to law enforcement, governmental agencies to a verified request related to terror act, criminal investigations alleged illegal activities that might expose you or any other ProCardApp user legal liability.
• Change of Control – New Owners: We can share your information with another business entity if we might plan to merge with or be acquired by or are involved in a transaction with a similar financial effect. We would make reasonable efforts to request that the new combined entity or other structure follow this Policy concerning your personal information in such a situation. If a new entity plans to use your data differently, we will ask the new entity to provide you with prior notice.

Some of our services allow you to share information with others publicly. If you post information on our public services or through social media sites, plugins, or other applications, remember this information is open to the public on ourApp and might also become public on the Internet depending upon your privacy settings. Unfortunately, we can’t prevent or control this information further, so please make sure you only post information you’re happy to see publicly. We may also use public information you share for various reasons, including improving our services, providing you with relevant content, and analysing trends.
You can control what data you share through your privacy settings available on some social media sites. Please refer to the privacy policies of those third-party sites and their Terms of Use to learn more about their privacy practices. We have no control over these sites; you set your privacy priorities.
At this stage, whatever you share publicly is available to the entire ProCardApp network community. If you wish to remove a particular piece of content you have shared in the past, you can do it by editing or deleting that content. It will be removed from our services but might remain on some users’ local devices (if they chose to save it).

We want you to have control over your information and communications. That’s why you can edit or delete the information you posted in ProCardApp at any time in the Edit section. ProCardApp will send you notifications about the administration and policy changes in theService.

ProCardApp is not using any cookies or tracking technologies. You might also encounter tracking technologies from third parties on particular websites that we do not control and have not authorised. (For example, if you view a web page created by another user, a cookie might be placed by that web page). It will help enhance your online experience by remembering your viewing preferences from your use history of our ProCardApp when you return later. You may browse our website without telling us who you are. We will obtain information about your computer or device (e.g., I.P. addresses) for monitoring and improving our Site andServices.We use both session and persistent tracking technologies. Tracking technologies(e.g., cookies) can either be continuous (i.e., they remain on your device until you delete them) or temporary (i.e., they last until you close your browser or until you exit the App). You can always decline tracking technologies if your browser permits, although doing so might interfere with your use of the website.
You might come across tracking technologies/cookies from our third-party service providers that we have allowed on our website to assist us with various aspects of our advertising or Google Analytics.

Users can review, edit and change posted information at any time. Please ensure your data is updated and correct, so your contacts and people who might search for you will find your information current. It is in your interest to keep your information updated. We may retain some information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, assist with investigations, resolve disputes, analyse or troubleshoot programs, enforce our Terms of Use, or take other actions permitted by law. Likewise, suppose your account or membership is terminated or suspended. In that case, we may maintain some information to prevent you from re-registering or help you to reinstall your account if you decide to return to ProCardApp.

Residents of the State of California can request a list of all third parties to which ourApp has disclosed certain personal information (as defined by California law)during the preceding year for those third parties direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and want such a list, please contact us at [email protected].For all requests, please ensure you put the statement, “Your CaliforniaPrivacy Rights,” in the body of your request, plus your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. It would help if you attested that you area California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please note that we will not accept requests via telephone, mail, or facsimile, and we are not responsible for requests that are not labeled or sent properly or do not have complete information. ProCare App does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals because that technology has not been implemented yet. We continue to work on new technologies to implement in ourApp.

If you are a resident of one of the European countries, you may have certain rights under applicable laws concerning your data.

OurApp may contain links to other third-party websites or access Apps from third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.

We know security is fundamental to our users, and we care about your information’s security. We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures to protect the security of your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration. Some of the safeguards we use include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorisation controls. Your responsibility is to ensure that your personal information is accurate and your account registration information is secure and not shared with anyone.

We operate worldwide and provide our Services to ProCardApp users worldwide, allowing them to share digital business cards and communicate in this incredible network across the globe. That means you could process your data in countries where data protection and privacy regulations might have different protection levels than those in your home country. So please be aware of any legal aspects to transfer and share your information in specific countries.

From time to time, as our services evolve, we update changes on this Policy. Accordingly, you agree that we may notify you about material changes or updates.

Select the length of time ProCardApp can be on standby mode before Touch ID or Face ID is required.DisableTouch ID or Face IDOpenProCardApp Settings.TapAccount > Privacy > Screen Lock.Turnoff Require Touch ID or Require Face ID.Note:If Touch ID or Face ID does not unlock ProCardApp, you can use your phone passcode. Unique Device ID ProCardApp assigns a unique number to your device. Unique Identifier Header (UIDH) UniqueIdentifier Header (UIDH) addresses information that accompanies Internet (HTTP)requests transmitted over an ISP’s wireless network. The information included in that request includes things like the device type and screen size so that the retailer site knows how to best display the Site on the phone. The UIDH is included in this information and can be used anonymously by third parties to determine the user is a part of the advertised group that a third party is attempting to reach. It is important to note that the UIDH is a temporary, anonymous identifier with unencrypted web traffic. We change the UIDH regularly to protect the privacy of our customers. We do not use the UIDH to collect web browsing information, and it does not broadcast an individual’s Web browsing activity out to advertisers or others.

ProCardApp has adopted the following procedures to respond to alleged copyright infringement by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. OurPolicy to block access or remove materials that could be copyrighted materials that have been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, or ProCardApp’s users.A. • Person’s physical or electronic signature authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner that has been allegedly infringed.

• Identification and location of the material that has been infringed and must be removed.
• Contact information about the copyright owner, including address, telephone number, and email address. If you are not the copyright owner who has allegedly been infringed, please describe your relationship with the copyright owner.
• A statement that you have good faith to believe that the use of the material has not been authorised by the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate, and the notifying party is authorised to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

B. Counter-Notice by content provider: Suppose the user or content provider believes the removed or disabled material is not a copyright infringement. However, the user or content provider believes it has the right to post and use such material from the copyright owner. In that case, the content provider must send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Designated Agent listed below:

• User’s physical or electronic signature of the content provider.
• Identification and location of the material that has been removed or has been disabled.
• A statement that the content provider or user has good faith to believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake.
• Content provider’s name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement that such person consents to the Federal Court’s jurisdiction for the judicial district in which the content provider’s address is located. We may send a copy of the counter-notice to the complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider. The removed material may be replaced or restored in 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, solely at our discretion. ProCardApp uses phone numbers only as identifiers to switch from SMS and other messaging apps to identify users. We ask your permission to sync and store your contacts, notify you when any of your contacts sign up for ProCardApp, and correctly display names in notifications. We use your contacts list to make yourProCardApp sharing easier to choose a desirable contact from the list. When you open the ‘My contacts,’ we display your contacts to give you an idea of who should be invited to ProCardApp. ProCardApp will ask you for permission to access your phone call logs (READ_CALL_LOG) if you are an android user. If you grant this permission, ProCardApp will verify your account by transmitting a phone call instead of asking you to enter a code. ProCardApp uses this permission only to confirm receipt of the confirmation call by verifying the number in the call log.
